When you contact Wordfirm about a book project, our project manager will discuss your needs with you, review your manuscript, and then prepare a formal proposal, which will outline how the project will be handled and provide a schedule and costs. 

Upon your acceptance of the proposal, the project manager will complete project planning and organize the appropriate team. It will then be the project manager's job to direct the team, ensure high-quality and efficient work, and consult with you on reviews and approvals.
