Wordfirm works with a number of top book printers, both in the United States and abroad. We have carefully vetted these printers, have come to understand their capabilities, and have developed professional relationships with them.

For book projects we manage, we save our clients money on printing because—

  • our printers give us their best rates because of our ongoing business with them;
  • we bid out print jobs to several appropriate printers and benefit through competition; and
  • we work with printers to save money through minor modifications to job specs.

While most books are best printed in quantity by offset printing, Wordfirm also works with a top on-demand printer, where small quantities of books—even one book—can be printed as needed, avoiding a large initial printing expense.

Besides saving our clients money on printing, we also save them the hassles of working with printers. Our project manager will draw up printing specs, solicit bids, review quotes, submit preflighted electronic files, and handle proofs.
